Aharon Horwich

Director

Aharon Horwich, PG Dip MSc CEnv MCABE MCIEH MIEnvSc AMEI AMIOA is an accredited multi disciplined (DEA, NDEA (Level 4), OCDEA, LCEA) energy assessor as well as being a ventilation and acoustic consultant.

Aharon is a Chartered Environmentalist and holds full membership with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, Institute of Environmental Science and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health as well as being an Associate of the Institute of Acoustics and the Energy Institute.

Aharon’s experience in the property sector spans over 15 years and encompasses commercial and residential new builds and conversions as well as an extensive knowledge of Landlord and
Construction compliance and HMO regulations.

When he’s not on site or crunching the numbers for compliance calculations, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four adorable children and dog, Chase. He is a keen sports fan and is an active committee member for a number of charities in Manchester’s community.

David Oldham

Consultant

Dave’s commercial experience is vast having worked in several industries over the last 3 decades. Dave is an OCDEA, NDEA (Level 4) and experienced Code of Sustainable homes assessor.
Dave oversees the technical development of the business including ensuring new services evolve from concept to reality and updating current products in line with regulatory changes.
Dave is our liaison with BRE, DCLGH and our accreditation schemes ensuring our voice and input is heard at the highest level of government and that we have a seat at the table in the fight to reduce carbon emissions and produce safer environmental standards for generations to come.
When not at work or spoiling his grandchildren, Dave enjoys country walks with his wife Helen and dog Milo and developing his love for all things French especially wine.

David Horwich

Air Permeability Tester

David graduated from the University of Salford with a 1st class honours. David is an iATS accredited tester and  often the first face to face liaison on site with our clients. David is also a FPA accredited Fire risk assessor.

David has a keen interest in ventilation and fire risk.

In his spare time he volunteers for the local community first response organisation. If he is not found on site he is either behind the computer doing geeky stuff to the website or out driving the ambulance.

Richard Lee

Energy Consultant

Richard is a NDEA (Level 4) and DEA with extensive experience in the property sector. After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in building surveying, Richard went on to work for a regional auction house in the north west before moving over to energy assessment almost a decade ago.
Richard often oversees our commercial energy projects and always offers the highest level of service in his self-deprecating pleasant manner.
In his spare time Richard coaches and plays tennis competitively and enjoys travelling with a deep love for Europe and his personal favourite our beautiful Lake district.
